From youth to collegiate and professional levels, HSG guides athletes through the recruitment and development process—offering mentorship, training/trial opportunities, and exposure to trusted networks both domestically and abroad.

Club Consultation

HSG works directly with amateur and semi-professional clubs to help them take the next step toward professionalism. Through strategic consulting, operational planning, and connection to league structures, HSG equips clubs with the knowledge, framework, and resources needed to make the transition into the professional game.

Scouting

Through its regional scouting network, HSG identifies talented players and connects them with academy, collegiate, and professional programs. Partnering with JSA as the official scouting hub for West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio, HSG expands its reach to uncover and promote deserving talent across the region.
